Today's project is something that's a little bit weird for me. Today we're supposed to write down what those voices in our heads say negatively about ourselves, and then turn that into something positive.
I am not really into this sort of exercise, mostly because I am not really that into this sort of "feel good" stuff. Not that I'm against thinking positive thoughts about myself. I'm just not into writing myself inspirational notes. But in the spirit of the day's project:
I'll do what I can, when I can, and that's ok.
It doesn't have to be all or nothing. Every little bit helps.
